Four 1C-Bitrix certificates in one day

On 26 November 2024 I passed four 1C-Bitrix Academy courses at once:

• "Analyst" — studying a client's processes and setting implementation tasks;
• "Bitrix24 sales manager" — choosing a solution that fits the business;
• "Building a support team" — enquiries, queues and response times in Bitrix24;
• "Selling Bitrix24.Market Plus subscriptions" — Market apps and how to connect them.

All four are about the same thing: an implementation starts not with settings but with understanding how the client's business works.
